What's a GEC Ambassador?

GEC Ambassadors are passionate volunteer advocates for insects and conservation who help spread awareness, inspire curiosity, and connect communities with the Global Entomology Coalition’s mission. As an ambassador, you’ll share educational posts, distribute conservation materials, promote events and programs, and help launch exciting initiatives. You’ll be the bridge between GEC and your community; inviting others to join expeditions, citizen-science projects, and conservation efforts. You’ll receive outreach kits, early updates, recognition, and the chance to be part of a global network of insect enthusiasts making a real impact. If you enjoy sharing knowledge, connecting people, and supporting conservation in fun, accessible ways, becoming a GEC Ambassador is a perfect fit.

Why become an Ambassador?

As an ambassador, you’re not just supporting our mission, you’re helping to build a movement. Every post you share, flyer you hang, and conversation you start brings more people into the circle of conservation. You’ll gain recognition as a conservation advocate, exclusive access to resources and updates, and opportunities to connect with like-minded people around the globe. Most importantly, you’ll be making a tangible difference for insect conservation and for the health of our planet without needing to lead big programs or commit huge amounts of time. It’s a simple, impactful way to use your voice and enthusiasm for something that truly matters.
